Overview of Admin/Scheduling
Inspector Toolbelt will help you automate scheduling appointments, agreement delivery & signature collection, payments, notifications, and report delivery.
Be sure to go to Settings and turn on Client Agreements and Client Invoices, as well as Square payments if you choose to use that for credit card payment.

Time Slots – This feature allows you to add the days and hours that you choose to do inspections. This will be especially valuable if you use our scheduler on your website, since this will determine when clients can schedule appointments. Just click the New button to start adding your availability.

Next, set up your Widgets. This is where you set up the type of inspections that you do, how long they take, and how much you charge for them. You can set up a Residential, Commercial, and Additional Inspection widget, depending on what services you offer. The widget will produce an iframe code that you can embed on your website. This scheduler will allow clients to book appointments themselves. Setting up your pricing in a widget will also make it easier for when you manually book inspections for clients. If you hit the yellow eye icon, you will see what a client would see when using the scheduler.

Agreements – You may choose to use and edit the Standard InterNACHI Agreement that comes loaded in our app system, or you may copy and paste your own agreement in. Please click here for details on setting up your agreement.
Notifications – This tool will allow you to send automated emails and text messages to clients and agents. These may include agreement links, appointment reminders, payment reminders and links, and follow-up notes. Click here for more information on how to set up your notifications.
