Cookies and Other Site Technologies:

With respect to cookies: We may at times use cookies to store visitors’ preferences, customize web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends. We may present ads based on data we collect on Facebook or Google. You can, at any time, view your Facebook ads settings and update your preferences by clicking here.

Personal Information Protection:

We collect the e-mail addresses of the home inspectors who create user accounts on our site/through our app, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as site registrations, name and address, telephone number.

The data you collect from your clients has to pass through our system though. It is stored in a Google FireStore database, AWS database, or Wasabi database associated with your ITB account – and we do this only for your (the user’s) use.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and used to notify consumers about updates to our site, and provide them with information.
