Marking items as “required” in your template can be used to remind yourself of certain things you need to do before you leave the inspection site, or for multi-inspector firms to ensure that each inspector completes certain items.
At the bottom of each card in your template you will find a section called “Validation Rules”. Here you can select whether you want there to be a rating or a comment on this card before an inspection is completed.
Once a new inspection is created using this template, the required comments will be indicated with a label.
If you try to publish the inspection without the required items, you will get a notification and the option to override it.
