If you are testing your website widget (which you should always do before you make it live on your website) and you notice that when you click “Pick a Time” and a grey box appears, but without calendar – then do not fear.
All this means is that you have not finished setting up your widget yet. You are likely missing your time slots. Without time slots, the widget has nothing to display there in the calendar as an option.
To fix this, go back to your Inspector Toolbelt dashboard and follow these instructions. After you have finished your setup steps, go back and test the widget on your website again.
As a side note, if you use a cache on your website, be sure to clear this cache before testing. This also applies to your browser cache as well. A simple way around this is to just use an incognito window for testing your widget after changes.
