Add a Signature to the Wind Mit or 4-Point Form

To add a signature to your Wind Mitigation or 4-Point Inspection form, you will first need to set up a signature in the app. You do this under settings.

First, click on your profile picture.

Next, click on the “Upload Signature” button and upload an image file with your signature.

To ensure that the signature ends up on the form, you need to check the box that says “Sign Generated Report” You can find this under Settings in your template.
