While our app is made to run on a wide range of devices, your experience is going to be best if you use a modern device. On Android devices, we recommend that you have version 11 installed, and on Apple devices, iOS 13.
Overall, the app does run great on Apple devices, but if you prefer Android, we have received great feedback from those that use Pixel devices. Having a larger format screen on your phone will make it an even better experience.
The app will run on tablets, but due to tablets often having inferior cameras, and slower processors, it is better to run the app on a phone. In addition, there are only a few major tablet manufacturers out there, and the biggest one, Samsung, has some known issues with many differen apps. Our app will run fine on a Samsung device, but there could be issues that come up due to their hardware.
While getting a high-quality phone might cost you a little extra, remember that it will be a tool for your work, just like your Moisture Meter, IR Camera, and Sewer Scope. Spending the extra money to get a quality tool is going to be worth it.
