Invoice Paid Notification

After an invoice is marked as paid, you can enable an “Invoice Paid” notification that can be automatically sent to clients once they have paid for their inspection. See how to set this up below

Create a new Notification, name it, and select its delivery method. For Step 2, select the “Invoice Paid” trigger. This will prompt this notification to be sent when you “Accept Payment” from the client. 

After choosing your recipients in Step 3, Step 4 is where you will create your message for the client. Use the Merge Tags button to insert information within your message. Please make sure to insert the “PAID INVOICE LINK (PDF)” tag. When your client receives this notification, they will see their invoice marked paid.

It will take a minute or two for processing after you click the “Accept Payment” button in your inspection. Below is what the invoice will look like that your client receives.
