Reschedule Improvements & New Features
Rescheduling inspections has now become easier, as well as more automated. We have added a new trigger for a notification called “reschedule”. When this is added, it will notify all you choose that the inspection is rescheduled, and when it is. It will then change all pending notifications to the new date and time. This is a much smoother process for you and your clients.

Increase Number of Notifications to 25
We have increased the number of notifications you can have in your account to 25. This will allow you to have more opportunities to market your services after the inspection, have more contact with clients and agents, and more.
Trec Report New Web Report Format
The new web report is now available for the TREC template. You will need to turn the option on under “Settings” and then going forward, your new reports will be in the new web report format. Please note that this does not change the PDF format, which is set by TREC.

- The ability to give specific comments a rating. So you then have one item as a maintenance item and one as a defect, etc – all within one card.

– ANNOUNCEMENT for FREE TIER USERS ONLY (not those trialing or on pro): This was announced in April of this year, and again several times over this year in email, on our website, and in the popup message within the app: Although we have no plans to discontinue the free tier of ITB, some changes and limitations will be coming. One change is limiting the number of inspections per month for free users only, which will be coming up this year. Please note this, as we are trying to give as much notice as possible to those who use the free tier.
We will be limiting the number of inspections that free tier users can schedule in a month to likely 5 and will likely be turning on pro scheduling features for free users (so you will have 25 notifications available, service area, and other features available on the Pro tier). The 5 free scheduled inspections do not include 5 free reports each month though – it only includes the scheduling portion. Please contact support for questions if you are on the free tier.

Please note that if you are already a paid user, or sign up for the paid version before the price increase, you will be locked into our old pricing and you will not be affected by this price increase.
Starting in February 2025, our new price for the paid version of our app will be $79 per month (previously $69 per month). With new features, AI integration, and upcoming great innovations, this price increase is necessary to keep providing you with great service and features. There is time to lock in at the old pricing though – so now is the time to upgrade today!
