Inspection Report Statistics
You can now see when your client or anyone else views one of your reports. Keeping track of total views, unique views, and even their IP location. This will help you keep better track of who are viewing your reports and when. This feature is released on the web version only at the moment, and will be released on the mobile app shortly.

BUG FIXES| IMPROVEMENTS | ROADMAP | & ANNOUNCEMENTS
– FIXED: Template downloads on mobile devices were not working
– FIXED: Location tags were not editable when there were many location tags, and some of them were labeled the same
– IMPROVED: Payment Processing Issue: We have been working on a payment processing issue, and we have discovered the cause. When there is no invoice created, or the invoice is being recreated (such as when an inspection is canceled and re-approved) it can get stuck in “processing”. We have made improvements to find the issue, and a fix is being worked on. Please note that this does not affect Square payments or integration – this is only affecting those not using that integration.
– UPCOMING FEATURES: We are working on a lot of new features, but here are just a few of them (in order of our process at this time):
- The ability to give specific comments a rating. So you can have one item as a maintenance item and one as a defect, etc – all within one card.
- Improved scheduling widget features.
- Notification improvements and new notification features.
- & much more!
– ANNOUNCEMENT for FREE TIER USERS ONLY (not those trialing or on pro): This was announced in April of 2024, and again several times over the year in email, on our website, and in the popup message within the app, as well as this year in 2025: Although we have no plans to discontinue the free tier of ITB, some changes and limitations will be coming soon.
We will be limiting the number of inspections that free tier users can schedule in a month to 5 and will be turning on pro scheduling features for free users (so you will have 25 notifications available, service area, and other features that are available on the Pro tier). The 5 free scheduled inspections do not include 5 free reports each month though – it only includes the scheduling portion.
These changes will be coming up soon. Please note this, as we are trying to give as much notice as possible to those who use the free tier. Please contact support for questions if you are on the free tier.
