NEW FEATURE RELEASES!
FOR THE LAST 33 MONTHS, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON BUG FIXES AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH ITB BETTER. WE ARE HAPPY TO BE BACK IN “NEW FEATURE MODE” AGAIN, AND TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE LATEST NEW FEATURES!
Google Maps In Inspection Order Forms
Google Maps is now seamlessly integrated with your inspection orders for a smoother experience. Simply enter an address, and the system will automatically display both the map location and street view. This integration allows you to instantly visualize the property, confirm the location, and plan your route—all without leaving your dashboard. It’s a simple, efficient way to save time and ensure accuracy with every inspection order.
Edit Report Publish Notification
You can now fully customize the notification sent when you publish your reports. With the new merge tags, you have the flexibility to personalize messages and choose whether to include a web-based report link or a downloadable PDF version. This update gives you greater control over how clients receive and view their inspection reports—making communication more professional, efficient, and tailored to your workflow.

Add Additional Clients
You can now add multiple clients to a single inspection request. Each added client will automatically receive the same notifications, updates, and report deliveries as the primary client. This new feature makes it easier to keep everyone in the loop—whether you’re working with couples, business partners, or multiple stakeholders—all without any extra steps on your part.

New Merge Tag & Notification Trigger
We’ve added powerful new merge tags to your notifications: Additional Services, Web Report Link, and Report Link (PDF). These allow you to clearly show clients and agents what extra services were included and provide easy access to their reports in either format. Plus, there’s a new Report Publish trigger—designed specifically for delivering inspection reports automatically the moment they’re published, ensuring faster and more seamless communication.
Block Notifications
Sometimes you may want to pause notifications for a specific inspection order—and now you can. With this update, you can block notifications from being sent when creating an inspection, while still keeping the option to manually send some or all of them later. It’s a simple way to stay in control of your communication timing and ensure messages only go out when you’re ready.

– ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to changes with Google, we no longer support a two-way calendar sync. We have a full one-way calendar sync that pushes appointments to your calendar, but not from the calendar to the app.
– ANNOUNCEMENT for FREE TIER USERS ONLY (not those trialing or on pro): This was announced in April of 2024, and again several times over the year in email, on our website, and in the popup message within the app, as well as this year in 2025: Although we have no plans to discontinue the free tier of ITB, some changes and limitations will be coming soon.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CHANGE IN THE FREE TIER HAS HAD SOME DELAYS, AS WE ARE PUSHING OUT ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS
We will be limiting the number of inspections that free tier users can schedule in a month to 5 and will be turning on pro scheduling features for free users (so you will have 25 notifications available, service area, and other features that are available on the Pro tier). The 5 free scheduled inspections do not include 5 free reports each month though – it only includes the scheduling portion.
These changes will be coming up soon. Please note this, as we are trying to give as much notice as possible to those who use the free tier. Please contact support for questions if you are on the free tier.
For the new Google Maps feature – please note that Google Maps can be inaccurate, and you should verify all information before providing any service, quoting a service, or any other action.
