In the Inspection list, you will see different icons showing at a glance the status of each inspection. Here is a list of icons with an explanation of what they tell you.
New Inspection RequestApproved InspectionCompleted InspectionInspection Draft (Usually you will find that the square footage or type of building is missing)Approved Inspection Past DateInspection Request Past DateAgreement SignedInvoice Paid
When you know what these icons represent, you can quickly look at your list of inspections and get a good idea of the status of them all at once.
