How Can We Help?
If you are trying to schedule an inspection from your dashboard, and you only get the option to “Save Draft” (or the “Approve” button is shaded out) then that happens for one of two reasons:
- You don’t have all of the information filled out. It is easy to miss something, like entering the square footage, missing on clicking your pricing option, or even part of the address. Check back through the form and make sure you got it all.
- You don’t have a widget/time slots set up yet. This happens with new users when first starting out. Before you can schedule an inspection, our system needs to know what time slots you have available, the services you offer, your pricing, etc. Be sure to set up your widget, time slots, and other items first before scheduling anything.
