Rescheduling
When you need to reschedule an inspection, there is a notification trigger that can be used for sending out information to the clients and agents. To set this notification up, go to the notification area in the app.

To create a new notification, click on the “New +” button

You can create the notification as normal, and select “Rescheduled” as the trigger. This notification will then go out to your clients when you choose to reschedule their inspection.

Any notifications that are set up to go out using the “Appointment” trigger will be adjusted with the new date and time, and any notifications that are currently pending will be updated as well.
