To track whether your clients have viewed their reports, you can look at the inspection info and find a view count. First, click on the “Inspections” tab. Here you can see any inspections you have for that particular address.

As you can see, next to each inspection report you have generated, there will be an eye icon and a number. If you click on the eye, you can see a breakdown of the views that particular inspection report received.

The breakdown shows both unique views and total views, as well as the locations of the views. It’s important to remember that when you open up the report, it will count as a view, so in those cases, your client (or their agent) would be the second unique view you get on the report.
