You are able to cancel/delete notifications that are pending in an inspection that you do not want to be sent out automatically. These notifications can be deleted after an inspection is approved. You will navigate to the inspection you want to stop a notification in, click on “Notifications” in the top menu for that inspection order, then click “Edit” and then you can erase notifications there. You are only able to stop notifications that are still pending. Erasing notifications that are already sent will not affect the notification that the client/agent has already received.
