The Share Inspection feature allows you to inspect a property with one or more inspectors on an inspection-by-inspection basis if they use Inspector Toolbelt. Each inspector will be able to upload pictures and comments to an inspection on the same property, with or without a data signal.
With Internet Service:
Inspectors make their inspection as usual. Data will be uploaded and information synced in real-time.
No Internet Service:
Inspectors make their inspection as usual. Once there is a signal, the software will load the information and merge everything seamlessly.
As a “best practice”, whether there is a signal or not, it may be best to have inspectors work on different components in their report so there is no conflict when merging data, such as if one enters one rating and another a different rating on the same component.
This Share Inspection feature is also helpful when one inspector is in the field and another is in the office. While information is being loaded in the field (if there is a signal), the one in the office will be able to see the inspection information at the same time.
The following screenshots show some examples of what you will see when sharing with others or being shared with.
