Note: Due to changes with Google, the two-way calendar sync is no longer supported – only the one-way calendar sync. Appointments will be pushed to your calendar, but not from your calendar to ITB. The Time Away feature can be used to block time slots. Please click here to see how to use it.

By default, when you add an event in Google Calendar, it marks you as “Free” in the event. If you are marked as “Free”, then Inspector Toolbelt will not block that particular time slot. Be sure to mark yourself as “Busy”, as shown in the image below. This is good to remember so that you can have events on your calendar that do not block time slots too.
