Our comment standards feature allows you to permanently add text and/or pictures to a comment. Below you will see how to do this, as well as how to rename the Standards Library so it appears the way you prefer on your reports.

First, navigate to any comment in a template or your comment library, as displayed below:

 

Scroll down, and you will see two sections labeled “Comment Gallery” (where you add images to be attached to this comment) and “Standards Definition” (where you add text).

 

So it might look something like this after you add a picture and text:

 

After you publish the report, the comment will appear like this in the report itself:

 

If you do not want the title text for this section to say “Standards” or “Standards Library”, then you can change it to something of your choosing. Navigate to “Settings” in the main menu of the app, and then navigate to “Custom User Labels”, and you can change this title to anything you would like.
