To clarify agreement conditions:

Within a single agreement condition, all the parameters make up an “AND” logic statement. (e.g., NY + Radon = only if it is a radon inspection in NY)

If you have more than one condition defined for a section, then the conditions make up an “OR” logic statement. (e.g., if you added another condition to the one above such as: MA + Radon, then that section will show up if it is a radon inspection in New York OR a radon inspection in Massachusetts.
